Stories of making a difference

The MyState Foundation grants program supports not-for-profit organisations that work towards empowering the youth of Tasmania. Each year, they grant between $1,000 and $10,000 to eligible organisations.

Our brief was two-fold, to encourage more organisations to apply for grants and to raise public awareness of the foundation.

We responded by creating 'stories of making a difference', such as how Kalang Riding for the Disabled encourages people to turn their disabilities into abilities through a range of exercises, games and riding.

We responded to this by creating 'stories of making a difference', such as how the Community Bikes Program encourages kids to open up about their problems while developing their problem-solving ability.

We conceived and developed a site that lets anyone ask people who live in Ballarat, what’s Ballarat like? The site has six Ballarat ambassadors all from different walks of life. You can chat live, review their answers to other people’s questions and check out their blog - all of which ambassadors maintain through individual content management systems.
